M.G. Industries (Regd) is one of the leading manufacturer of high quality spheroidal graphite cast iron (Ductile Iron) & malleable iron HT & LT insulator metal parts in India. We manufacture the metal parts required for assembly of HT insulators, transformer distribution sub-stations and power transmission equipment. We are supplying these metal parts to most of the insulator manufacturers of India.
The company has an installed capacity of approx. 3000 M.T per annum.

Material Specifications :-

Malleable iron - As per IS 14329 - 1995 Grade BM 300

Brinell Hardness - 150 BHN Maximum.

Tensile Strength - 33 to 36 Kg/mm² or 325 to 350 mpa

Elongation - 6 to 12%

Spheroidal Graphite Iron - As per IS - 1865
(S.G. Iron / Ductile Iron)
